SCHRPP’s Board of Directors is dedicated to championing the advancement of the human resources profession throughout Pennsylvania counties. At the heart of our mission is the enhancement of professional development opportunities for county human resource personnel and the augmentation of services available to them. Serving as the primary source for information and services tailored to Pennsylvania county HR professionals, our Board ensures access to industry-leading conferences, training programs, and a wealth of resources. Additionally, we take pride in our role as advocates, actively engaging in legislative efforts to shape human resource and employment-related policies. Aligned with the standards set by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), our Board is committed to upholding excellence in all facets of our operations, striving to elevate the HR profession and empower practitioners across the Commonwealth.
